Prepare Financial Documents

  1. If you are a salaried employee – provide your previous two years W2’s, along with paystubs covering one complete month (most recent).
  2. If you are self-employed – provide previous two years tax returns, including all schedules, along with current year-to-date profit & loss statement.
  3. Bank statement(s) covering previous three months showing all assets, and/or most recent stock/brokerage statement.

Choose & apply for a loan

  1. Choose the loan that is right for you.
  2. Submit an application for pre-qualification.

Loan processing

  1. We research rates and lending sources to find you the best loan with the best terms.
  2. Discuss possible lending options from loans found by your broker.

Loan approval & signing

  1. Accept a loan.
  2. Sign all loan completion documents.
  3. Supply all additional financial information as requested by the lender or escrow company.

Close the loan and move

  1. Complete the transaction, sign all final documents and take possession of your home (for purchases) OR begin your new payment program (for refinances).
