- If you are a salaried employee – provide your previous two years W2’s, along with paystubs covering one complete month (most recent).
- If you are self-employed – provide previous two years tax returns, including all schedules, along with current year-to-date profit & loss statement.
- Bank statement(s) covering previous three months showing all assets, and/or most recent stock/brokerage statement.

- Choose the loan that is right for you.
- Submit an application for pre-qualification.
- We research rates and lending sources to find you the best loan with the best terms.
- Discuss possible lending options from loans found by your broker.
- Accept a loan.
- Sign all loan completion documents.
- Supply all additional financial information as requested by the lender or escrow company.
- Complete the transaction, sign all final documents and take possession of your home (for purchases) OR begin your new payment program (for refinances).
